Shipping and Delivery Policy
Customers must track their orders using the shipment tracking numbers provided by the shipping company once the shipping bill is issued.
Cash on delivery is not available.
Shipping costs may increase if the weight exceeds the 5–10 kg category. The additional charges will appear on the checkout page according to the shipping company’s policy.
Customers are not entitled to cancel an order after it has been handed over to the shipping company due to the nature of the products. If a customer requests to cancel the order after the shipping bill has been issued but before the shipment is handed over to the shipping company, the customer will bear the full cost of the shipping bill, starting from 27.6 for domestic shipping within Saudi Arabia. Note that international shipping bill prices vary. The customer is also responsible for any bank fees incurred when refunding the amount due to order cancellation.
In case of any delays in shipping or delivery, customers should contact the shipping company directly using the shipping bill number.
Products will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. Please ensure that the address and contact details are entered correctly, as inaccurate shipping information may result in delivery delays. We may charge an additional fee for a second delivery attempt or may be unable to deliver the shipment.
Delivery is carried out by approved shipping companies, and their delivery policies will apply.
If your delivery address is not covered by the shipping company's network, they will contact you to arrange an alternative suitable address for delivery.
If an order is placed between 20th Ramadan to 6th Shawwal, 1st to 16th Dhul-Hijjah, 20th to 25th September, or 20th to 25th February of each year, delivery may be delayed by one to two weeks due to holidays and official breaks in Saudi Arabia. The store is not responsible for refunds or order returns if the shipment has already been handed over to the shipping company, as delivery will then be guaranteed by them. The terms and conditions above apply if the order is canceled before the shipment is handed over.
If you wish to contact the store regarding a quality issue after receiving your order, please use the official store email. If the product does not meet the quality standards set by applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia, the customer will be compensated for the defective item only, in accordance with the law.
Customers should follow the store’s social media accounts. In case of special circumstances such as the store staff's health condition or specific time-bound vacations that may delay delivery, announcements will be made on the store’s social platforms. Orders will be processed immediately after such periods. If a customer chooses to cancel an order during an announced delay, a refund will be processed on the return date. If the shipment is already dispatched by the announced date, the order cannot be canceled.
If there’s an error in the product quantity listed on the website and the customer places an order but the item is not available in stock, the customer will be financially compensated for the missing item. If the entire order is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Although this is extremely rare, human error may occasionally occur despite our high standards for stock and data entry.
If a specific product is not listed on the store’s website, you can contact the store management through social media to check if it can be made available during or before the shipping process.
